Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust Moved Here… I Was Kind... — Just moved here… I was kind of skeptical based upon google reviews but my experience had been nothing but amazing. I had some repairs that needed to be done when I first moved in and the office staff was very fast and efficiently answered any questions I had.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWell We Had Some Issues In ... — Well we had some issues in my building a hot water tank broke and leaked into my bedroom rug which I didn’t know but as soon as I called they sent someone to clean up the water and brought fans to blow it dry
Then they treated it and vacuumed it up shampooed it I was happy with their quick response and then they had to replace a water booster which left us with out water for a whole day but they supplied us with water water and water buckets for the bathroom if needed they were very helpful in what ever we needed which is why I like living here it doesn’t happen often but when something goes wrong they fix it right away

The property looks well manicured of value as wells as it feels inviting. My family I feels secured, safe, comfortable living here, the building is always clean, the new colors of paint used for property is a pure clean look, the new roof additional touch, the new parking lot facing is also pleasing. The front office renovation conference is amazing with a professional resident touch. I can wait for the new gym community room. I can’t wait to enjoy pool this summer, to name a few. Keep up the good work as our new management company.
