I've never had a leasing office hike through the snow just to check on my apartment and parking space. Move in process and move in day were very easy despite the snow. Quiet and homey neighborhood. The landscaping around the apartment is well maintained, so you can take a walk with your dog.
There are no insects compared to other apartments, and it is clean and good as it seems that the entire apartment is cleaned every morning.
